Training THIS WEEK (2nd + 4th July)

Hi guys,

There is a bye for all grades this weekend but we will still hold one training session, which will be lighter than usual. With the Women and Juniors not training at all this week we can train earlier on Tuesday.

Tuesday 2nd July
- 6:30pm arrival
- 6:45pm warm up
- 7:15pm main training
- 8:30pm warm down
- 8:45pm pack up and leave

Thursday 4th July
We will have a pub meal at a venue TBC. Time is likely to be 7pm. More details to follow.

Please ensure you are able to train Tuesday given the one session this week.
