As we head into Round 5 an update in regards to Team Selections is required. Firstly well done to everyone on the start of the season. We have had some challenging moments but have risen well to the challenge, and best of all maintained the positive environment at the club. Let’s keep that going with some W’s this weekend!

It’s Super Saturday this weekend so make sure you head down to watch a game, catch up with mates, and enjoy the atmosphere. We have new stubby holders for those thirsty few as well!

We have a slight change in procedure for announcing teams. Teams will still be announced on Thursday night/Friday morning via TeamApp but instead of all players for that team being listed, a link has been inserted that displays all Team Selections. Please click on this link (https://tinyurl.com/y3b2pv45) to see which team you are in. You will still receive a notification when Team Selections have been announced.

Selections this year have been tough which is a good thing, testament to the depth of players. With an extra 10 Men this year and although we have had the addition of the Men’s Masters, there is an increased positive pressure for players to keep their places. To ensure you are doing your best to keep your place make sure you are attending training and playing well. We would love to see a few more guys from the Pennant Grades in particular at training. Selections in these grades are proving most difficult and players who are not training may not help their selection.
